A Proposal – Resident ID Cards

This past week, Jayne Park with the Nonprofit Advancement Fund of the Montgomery County Community Foundation, along with IMPACT staff,  convened a group of Executive Directors of smaller, community-based organizations to continue the conversation regarding how to leverage the natural bridge role these organizations play in helping residents access government services.  Included on the agenda was a proposal for a Resident ID Card, sparked by Rev Evans Faustin, the Executive Director of the Caribbean Help Center.  With the help of his colleague Sam, Rev. Faustin explains his idea:
